Treatment Policies

Thank you for choosing Sunshine Esthetics. These policies help create a peaceful experience for every guest while allowing appointment times to be reserved fairly for all clients.

Booking & Deposit

A 20% booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows while ensuring your treatment time is held just for you.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Once you receive your appointment confirmation email, you may reschedule your appointment at your convenience up to 24 hours before your scheduled treatment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the 20% booking deposit.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your 20% booking deposit will be retained. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

New Clients

Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we have time to discuss your skin goals and complete any necessary intake forms.

Health Information

Please let us know before your appointment if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have allergies or skin sensitivities

  • Have an active cold sore, contagious skin condition, or illness

  • Have recently received cosmetic injections, laser treatments, chemical peels, or facial surgery

  • Are using prescription skincare such as tretinoin or isotretinoin (Accutane)

This allows your treatment to be safely customized for your skin.

Feeling Unwell

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for helping keep our treatment space healthy and comfortable for everyone.

Children & Guests

To preserve a quiet, restorative environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cell Phones

Please silence your phone before your treatment so you can fully relax and enjoy your experience.

Treatment Results

Every person's skin is unique. While treatments are thoughtfully customized to support healthy skin, results vary based on factors such as home care, lifestyle, consistency, and individual skin needs.

Product recommendations are always personalized to your skin goals and are never an obligation.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Sunshine Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if doing so is necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of clients or staff.
