Return & Refund Policy

At Prairie Flora, every product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully sourced botanical ingredients. Because of the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number before sending your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Every skin is unique. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use and performing a patch test prior to applying any new product. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivities.

Shipping Policy

Each Prairie Flora order is carefully packed by hand from our studio in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time may ship the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after noon will generally ship the following business day.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or major holidays.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage, which generally delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more within the United States.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Prairie Flora is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
