Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Prairie Flora product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients. Small variations in color, aroma, or texture are completely natural and reflect the plants used in each batch.
Where are your products made?
Every product is made in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Are your products natural?
Our formulas are built around botanical oils, herbs, clays, and plant extracts. We do not formulate with synthetic fragrance or artificial colorants.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulas are designed with delicate skin in mind. However, every person's skin is unique. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
How should I store my products?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Replace lids tightly after each use.
How long do your products last?
For the freshest experience, we recommend using products within 12 months of purchase. We use natural ingredients to maintain the freshness of the products, however because we avoid synthetic chemicals our products do start to degrade after 1 year. Note: Our Frankincense Oil uses no preservatives at all, because we opted to have the purest form of the resin in oil. Because of this, our Frankincense Oil should be used 6-9 months after opening.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Prairie Flora products are not tested on animals.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most USPS Ground Advantage packages arrive within 2–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $125 or more.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Free local pickup is available at Bella Spa & Apothecary in Lincoln, Nebraska. Simply select Local Pickup during checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.
Can I return my order?
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We'll make it right.
