Booking & Deposit
A 20% service deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout and is non-refundable.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are processed in person. Please have your gift card link if it is digital, or physical gift card if it is physical.

Preferred Payment Method
Due to the high processing fee’s of card readers, venmo, cash and checks are preferred.

New Client Form
New clients will receive a consultation form linked in their confirmation email. This form must be completed prior to your appointment so your treatment can be fully customized to your skin and health history.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest. Full service pricing will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require full prepayment.

If this is your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and allow time for a brief consultation.

Skin Conditions & Medications
Please inform me of any skin conditions, allergies, or medications (including Accutane, retinoids, or recent treatments) prior to your appointment. Some services may need to be adjusted for your safety.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. If you experience a reaction or concern, please reach out within 7 days so we can find a solution.
